Jake Matton made my visit to Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington very productive and enjoyable. He did a great job introducing me to the 2023 CRV, and pointing out features I might have overlooked. My interaction with June was very good. However, the overall visit was not. I made and appointment for 8:00 for the undercarriage recall and oil change. I was there for five hours. I ha However, the overall visit was not. I made and appointment for 8:00 for the undercarriage recall and oil change. I was there for five hours. I had not been told when I made the appointment or upon my arrival at the service desk that most people leave the car because it takes most of the day to make the recall repair, even after I said that I would be waiting. I think the length of time to do this recall should have been stated. I do have to say that June was very apologetic for my long wait and gave me a discount on the overall cost of the repairs. More
