My experience with Herb Chambers Honda of Burlington, MA has always been excellent but my recent experience was fantastic. Ty determined what needed to be investigated as well as performed, he quickly expla has always been excellent but my recent experience was fantastic. Ty determined what needed to be investigated as well as performed, he quickly explained the time frames for doing the checking the brakes and fluids and gave specific times when I would receive updates. Since brakes are usually expensive Ty assured me that he would explore any option to reduce the cost. I was informed at every step in the process and Ty's use of coupons saved me a substantial amount of money. More
