I began my search for a new car in June of 2012. After being a loyal Honda owner for more than 20 years, I thought it was time for change. After months of shopping the competition, I learned about the n being a loyal Honda owner for more than 20 years, I thought it was time for change. After months of shopping the competition, I learned about the new Honda Sport. I was taken in by it. However, I wanted a version with a manual transmission which was not yet available. So I waited and waited. I found Herb Chambers on an errand run and stopped in. Jeff greeted me warmly and asked me what I was interested in in a car. I told him my heart was set on the Sport. For the next 2.5 months, Jeff scouted for the version with the manual transmission. While we waited, he showed me the LX and EX Accords. He took me out for test drives. Then the Sport arrived and it was better than I had expected. Jeff went over the car with me and even boned up on some of the new added features since it was a departure from the standard. Apparently othes loved it, too! Someone purchased the car I tested so Jeff called to inform me. He invited me to test another version - the LX. No sale. So I waited. Jeff kept in touch with me week after week until another one emergered. He called me, I came in, and tonight I drove my fabulous car. This is the most positive and fantastic car buying experience that either my husband or I have ever had. Neither of us has that much experience buying cars, since we keep our cars for a long time. We did a lot of research online and then per a mutual friend we went to visit Honda of Seekonk. When we arrived we were suppose to meet David unfortunately he was out of town on a business trip and David suggested we meet with Mehdi Barkuchi. When we first met Mehdi, he was very friendly and a very helpful. My husband and I told Mehdi exatly what we were looking for and he took it out into the lot and said there are the new CRV's, please look around and ask any questions you may have. Instantly we clicked with Mehdi, we test drove two diffrent color CRV's, Mehdi made great suggestions with going with the black exterior and black interior because he know that was what I was looking for. He kindly suggested the one with leather seats and sunroof; I loved the one that Medhi suggested. He was unbelievable in explaining the whole process to us of what the next steps would be with all the paperwork. My husband and I will be eternally grateful for the respect and service that we received from Mehdi he is an excellent salesman. I told family members and friends if you are looking for a Honda, please go see Mehdi he made the whole buying experience so much easier for us. Even now when I bring my car in for service and if he spots me, he makes it a point to come over and ask how I am doing, how is the car running.
