We have an Accord and an Odyssey in my family, and both are now brought to Herb Chambers Seekonk. This is a wonderful dealership, Both cars are 2002. Starting with the Odyssey, when it was 2 years old t are now brought to Herb Chambers Seekonk. This is a wonderful dealership, Both cars are 2002. Starting with the Odyssey, when it was 2 years old the rear A/C was no longer cold, we went to 9 different dealers, many are well rated and also the one it was bought from, however it took 3 weeks at Herb Chambers, but they finally got it right, Every time we go there we are warmly greeted and the car gets a full walk around so we are aware of its current condition. A recent service with the Accord went well for the most part. The engine was misfiring so I drove down and told them what I wanted, twenty minutes of waiting a rep came over and said I need more work done than anticipated, I agreed, but because of the unexpected work the total bill came out with a 15% discount. However the reason I put their quality of work low is a recent experience with the Accord here. After checking the engine bay at home after the service there was a large marker left on the front quarter panel right under where the hood mounts are, and there was also a bolt missing from an engine piece. I am in shock about this. I would like to add another piece of information, while having our Odyssey serviced, every time we have been given a Ford Taurus, to me it makes no sense how that is equivalent to a Mini-Van, never mind a Honda, and I would love to see Herb Chambers step it up and use Honda loaners. They are such great vehicles plus its a great way for people to see new features. More

I got a letter in the mail explaining that my current Honda Civic was almost at 36,000 and my warranty would be ending. I figured why not go to Honda and see what they could do for me. As soon as I pulled in I met Bruce in the parking lot and told him my story. I knew my credit was bad, but I had made every payment on times for the 3 years I had the car, I figured he couldn't help. Within 24 hours I am driving the new 2012 Honda Civic. Thank you Bruce. You are the best! More

I had a pleasant and smooth experience at Herb Chambers thanks to the salesman Dean Morrisette, General manager Scott Birtles, and finance manager Paul. Our first contact with Herb Chambers was through their website. We found it frustrating because every time we found a car that we were interested in, it was hard to tell what dealership it was actually l website. We found it frustrating because every time we found a car that we were interested in, it was hard to tell what dealership it was actually located at and if it was even available. But, on a whim, we stopped by the Seekonk location to look around. And that is where we were pleasantly surprised. We met Dean and he listened to our needs, both with a car and financially, and was very patient with our questions. He let us take out as many cars as we needed to in order to find exactly what we were looking for. There was no hint of high pressure sales. When we went back to sign the paperwork on the sale, we met with Bill P. who helped us get the add ons that we really wanted without impacting our monthly payments too badly. He went out of his way to explain exactly what you were offering, as well as giving us advice on how to get our college graduate into a vehicle in the next 6 months. When we took delivery, Samantha really knew the car and was more than happy to share with us her extensive knowledge. We walked away from this with a whole new impression of what the car buying experience should be like. We've found our dealership. More
I am not sure where to start....you MUST go to herb chambers seekonk! Our salesman, Matt collard was extremely personable and very accommodating. Our needs changed once we got to the dealership and once we figured out what we really wanted Matt had to completely switch gears towards the end of his shift. The dealership was closing but that didn't stop Matt from researching the inventory to see if he could make some magic happen in terms of getting us what we wanted at the right price. We found what we thought was a deal but since the finance department had left for the night, I needed to return the following morning to complete the sale. Not so easy with a 16 month old along for the ride, right? WRONG! Matt, along with numerous other salespeople helped to entertain my little guy so I could complete the sale. I was there longer than expected but because of Matt's patience and understanding of my predicament with the baby, it was a totally stress free situation. During both my visits to the dealership every single sales person gave me either a smile or a warm hello. Low pressure sales and people who treat you with respect, oh, and they babysit :) More
