Once again, I had an excellent experience with the Service Department. The 100,000 mile evaluation was thorough and all the necessary repairs, replacements, and adjustments were efficiently undertaken Service Department. Waited 4-1/2 hours with no communication of the length of time for repair. The repair was way over priced! I was a loyal customer and had all my work done at the dealership.
