Way over and above. I leased my Honda 3 years ago and Norman was my salesman and this was my first introduction to this dealership. From that point on, I knew I would bring my Civic there for service and have been doing so and now I've extended my lease for another 12 months. It's always a pleasure to go there; so welcoming. Smooth, friendly, and hospitable I spoke with Abby as soon as I walked in who was nice and friendly.
