In the end I was happy with my experience but it was a real mixed bag getting there. Tons of delays, miscommunications and cooling my heals in their waiting area for hours. Went in for a a software update. oil change, and tire rotation, the work was done in reasonable time, and it was a great price with a coupon they emailed me. Diego was very helpful even though he was alo rotation, the work was done in reasonable time, and it was a great price with a coupon they emailed me.
