I came in today for an oil change and I also came in for the third time to resolve a seat belt issue that causes a caution light to appear on the dash panel. Despite the long wait, all of the personnel were very polite and courteous. Cesar waved the cost of the oil change to make up for the four hour waiting period and that was much appreciated. More
