The one piece of negative feedback on our experience is the absurdly low trade value Herb Chambers offered on our 2015 Q7...(~$2K below even the low amount on KBB.com), which we bought at Herb Chambers Audi. We are loyal Herb Chambers customers, having purchased several vehicles from several HC dealerships, Audi, Toyota, Honda, and now Kia, and to have no loyalty paid back to us as customers, when we are loyal to the HC brand feels like a slight. I went for basic service, oil and tire rotation. It was a nice touch when they said they also cleaned and vacuumed untill I saw all the dust and dirt in my car.
