He and the Parts and Service director went way beyond our expectations getting the SUV back on the road while Lexus Corporate Customer Satisfaction left us very DIS-satisfies. Mark’s professionalism, attention to detail, and super follow-up are part of what the Lexus brand is all about - Corporate should take note of how to keep very loyal customers coming back - they need only ask the Chambers dealership how to do service and customer service right.
