I came into the dealership with expectations that I wo I recently leased my 4th car with Lexus of Sharon. Marc Halfrey has guided me with 3 of them. I came into the dealership with expectations that I would be able to select another Lexus and I walked out the same day with the new vehicle. As my husband and I are both retired, we needed to bring our payments down. March was able to get us a 2018 Lexus ES in the price bracket we needed to be comfortable with. Could not be happier that we are able to have this dealership near us. Service department is also excellence. More

Excellent Customer Service Everyone were extremely nice ,friendly customer service. See Ken Alves for service! Ken is the best! I bring my beloved higher mileage RX350 to him and he is always very up front and honest with me, I would not trust anyone else with Ken is the best! Rene is the MAN Simply amazing from start to finish. The dealership itself is amazing- Lexus vehicles everywhere, and I could have spent all day just looking at all o Simply amazing from start to finish. The dealership itself is amazing- Lexus vehicles everywhere, and I could have spent all day just looking at all of them. The whole staff just seems like they are enjoying their jobs to the fullest. I felt comfortable from the second I walked in and was greeted by super friendly reception. I then met with Rene, who I liked immediately. He took me through the entire process and displayed amazing patience, particularly with my kids who ran around and got into EVERY SINGLE CAR in the showroom. Rene and the rest of the staff actually encouraged them to do this.....They had a BLAST. The deal was excellent. I shopped around and knew what I wanted and what the dealers needed to do to get me there, and I communicated that to Rene and the team. And they NAILED it. Great deal on a great car. I am thrilled with my experience. More

An example of Mark's excellence is we recentl We would like to highly praise Mark Forcucci, our service consultant , he is outstanding, he is a 10!!. An example of Mark's excellence is we recently had the car in for service and listed a problem while the car was under warranty. Unfortunately they could not duplicated the problem. A short time later after the car went out of warranty we were able to duplicate the issue and showed Mark. Although now out of warranty he went to bat for us and got the repair covered. Over the years he has always goes the extra yards to accommodate our needs, gives us appropriate recommendations on what our cars needs and what we may need in the future. He always gets back to us on a timely basis on the status our car as well as returns our calls even if we just call to ask a question. We consider Mark a trusted advisor and a friend. Although we could always buy our next Lexus a any dealership because of Mark we have an desire and obligation to buy our next car at Herb Chamber's Lexus. Mark is an ASSET to the dealership. More
