Great People, large inventory, outstanding dealership I just leased our 6th Lexus, a 2017 ES 350, at Sharon (MA). Lexus. My sales consultant, Spenser Lackey, was a perfect fit for my needs and personality I just leased our 6th Lexus, a 2017 ES 350, at Sharon (MA). Lexus. My sales consultant, Spenser Lackey, was a perfect fit for my needs and personality. He was always very patient with me, set up three demo drives and explained the features most important to me. That was the only "sales pitch". Absolutely no pressure! We walked through the ES 350 inventory (57 cars) and helped me find the exact car I wanted. In addition to Spenser, the sales manager, Robert Ross, was very transparent when it came down to negotiating a final price. The finance manager, Devin Teixeira, was dynamite. Devin was also totally transparent with the lease options, and walked me through them to get the best fit for me. Great experience- stress free! The dealership is beautiful! I wanted a preowned Lexus 460 LS so I called Herb Chambers and learned that they had several from which to choose. When I arrived I was greeted by several people and Nick approached me to ask if he could help. I explained what I wanted and he went right to work to show me the inventory. He was so personable and exuded honesty and integrity which are two important characteristics to me. I decided on two cars and we sat down to negotiate the price. They analyzed my current Lexus and told me what I could pay to get a newer car. I left as the vehicles had not been ready to sell. During the next week Nick called twice to give me an update on the status of the cars, I was impressed with his willingness to keep me apprised of the status of the vehicles. We made an appointment to see the two cars and there was absolutely no pressure to select either of them. Nick was truly a gentleman and a wonderful person with whom to do business.
