My wife recently had all the dashboard lights illuminate on her dashboard. She drives a 2022 Lexus RX 450HL. We had her car towed to the dealership by Lexus Roadside Assistance. She suggested contacting our insurance company because it was going to be expensive. I’m glad she suggested that. Ronni dealt with the insurance claims adjuster, We didn’t have to do anything she took care of it all. We were also having a problem with the rear liftgate. They had to order parts to repair that. Ronni always stayed in touch with us through the insurance claims process. She gave us a loaner vehicle to use. Ronni is the best!
