I’ve been a customer of this dealership for more than twenty years. Great dealership but the best part is the service department. It’s why I drive one of their cars - Mark Forecucci has made bringing the twenty years. Great dealership but the best part is the service department. I’ve always been very happy with Herb Chambers Lexus of Sharon’s service department for my vehicle, that’s why when I got a flat tire I called the parts Dept, the call taker was very helpful & said he’d ha Sharon’s service department for my vehicle, that’s why when I got a flat tire I called the parts Dept, the call taker was very helpful & said he’d have a new tire by 5 pm that evening! I went in the following morning & purchased 4 new tires. From the moment I drove into the Bay until my vehicle was ready I have the highest praise for all the people I came in contact with. More
