They make it difficult to arrange for a loaner car, so you opt for just the pick up. I said I need the car back the same day. I had to call several times to get an update, they did not call me. The car wa you opt for just the pick up. I said I need the car back the same day. I had to call several times to get an update, they did not call me. The car was not returned until 5pm the following day. I had to cancel two appointments. Not at all happy with the service! More
