After taking some test drives, I was somewhat disappointed and surprised that the new safe-driving technology was optional rather than being included with the price of the vehicle. Recently, while we were out looking at Cadillacs, my son-in-law suggested that I also consider a Lincoln, since he was impressed with his Lincoln MKX and the service he has received since owning the car. At 4:30 PM on a Sunday afternoon, we decided to stop by Herb Chambers Lincoln in Braintree, 30 minutes before the dealership was closing for the day. Sales Representative Ronny Vikstrom, met with me, showed me several Lincoln MKS vehicles, and immediately set me up with a test drive. Ronny was very knowledgeable, patient, and he spent a great deal of time going over all of the features and options of several MKS models to ensure we found the right car that met all of my expectations. Ronny never hurried me, nor tried to pressure me into making a decision. Additionally, Peter Hern, General Manager, provided a fair value for my trade-in and explained the financing options to me. After test-driving several MKS vehicles with different options, I decided to purchase one that had all of the options and safety features that I wanted. Herb Chambers even had the color I was looking for in stock! Every aspect of the sale process, from the greeting I received when I walked in the door, to finding the right car, and working through the negotiations and financing went very smoothly without any pressure at all. When I picked up my car, Ronny spent a great deal of time with me reviewing all of the features to ensure I had a full understanding of how all of the programs worked and that I was completely comfortable before I left the dealership. Everyone we met at Herb Chambers Lincoln was courteous, friendly and professional. It was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend Herb Chambers and Ronny Vikstrom to anyone that is looking to purchase a new car. More

Great truck buying experience! I usually dread as I’m sure most people do, buying a new vehicle, with all the stress and frustration associated in purchasing a new vehicle. But I have to be honest with you; my latest experience at Herb Chambers Lincoln in Braintree was about as pleasant an experience as I could have hoped for and made me rethink my earlier statement. I came in to look at a 2015 Ford F250 and was introduced to Mara Russell. She quickly located the vehicle and we were of on a test ride in no time. While on the test ride they evaluated my trade and by the time we got back we were ready to battle or so I thought. The price on the new truck was the best on the internet as I had been looking for some time for just the right truck and the trade was appraised fairly and we were quickly able to come to an “agreement”. When I came to pick up the truck Mara took time to show me all the features in the truck and helped me personalize the door codes and such. Everyone at Herb Chambers and in particular Mara was GREAT to deal with; I can’t say enough good about them. This was new territory for us and we are tough customers. We ultimately bought a Lincoln MKX. For us it was a major move but we feel we are now in the Lincoln "family". Our experience was more than positive. Every employee we met was courteous and helpful. Our salesperson Ronny Vikstrom, was well informed, courteous and went the extra mile to accommodate us. We never felt pressured. We were presented with the facts and the decision was totally ours. It's the way it should be. They want to make sure you are happy. We were well taken care of and hope in the future to remain Lincoln owners with Ronny Vikstrom and Herb Chambers. We absolutely love our new (to us) certified Lincoln MKX. Greg has gone out of his way to make sure I am happy with the vehicle I chose, and even checks in months after! That my friends is great customer service! Even when my vehicle was missing a small insignificant piece (coin tray) Greg went out of his way to get me one! I previously worked in an industry that dealt with many car dealerships, and trust me, I have never witnessed such great service. Found a New Dealership and Friends I bought a 2015 CPO Navigator from Leo Hern and Greg Mirabile as my salesperson. This was the first time in 16 + years i have gone to a different deal I bought a 2015 CPO Navigator from Leo Hern and Greg Mirabile as my salesperson. This was the first time in 16 + years i have gone to a different dealership. I saw what is now my new vehicle on line, on the way down to check out the vehicle my wife and i discussed what we wanted for our trade. After taking the vehicle out for a test drive we started to talk about the trade, the first offer they made was just what we wanted. Greg and Leo were a pleasure to work with. After the sale Mara encouraged us to drive the SUV for a week and return to the dealership with follow up questions we may have. The whole process took two days from test drive to drive away with a new 2016 MKX all registered and insured. All in all best experience in purchasing an auto ever. More
