Several family members and friends who were very pleased with their Lincoln cars suggested I consider one. Being impressed with a car brand is only part of what convinced me to buy one. From the moment I walked into Herb Chambers Lincoln of Norwood and was greeted by friendly Sales Representative Danny Jordan, I knew I made the right choice. Over the course of several weeks, I spent much time with Danny as he patiently, knowledgeably, and professionally answered my many questions to help me decide on the best car for me. We discussed and tested several options, and together decided on my perfect car. I am now a proud owner of a white 2016 MKZ AWD. Since I bought the car, I have been in touch with Danny with follow up questions and he is always available to help me in the most courteous manner. Further, Danny checks in with me periodically to be certain that all is well with my new car. We went to Herb Chambers Lincoln on a Sunday afternoon to test drive cars and were warmly greeted by Florin Burghiu. After discussing our needs and showing us several models, we first drove a 2016 Lincoln MKC then an MKX. Florin is quite knowledgeable of the technology and minute differences between models. He was patient when explaining things to us and quiet, when appropriate, during the several test drives my husband & I took, in order for us to feel & experience for ourselves the differences he described. Florin was able to answer just about all of our questions about the cars without displaying any pressure or steering us toward any vehicle in particular. We made our decision the next day and Florin was very efficient at keeping us informed as we waited for the business office to process our paperwork. The price was fair and we were reassured of the warranty by the fact that the car was a Certified Pre Owned Vehicle. When we arrived to pick up our new MKX, Florin was again very thorough and patient as he instructed my husband and myself in the use of all the new technology of the car. Since my previous vehicle, a Lincoln Aviator, was thirteen years old, there was a considerable amount of information to impart. I am not a wheeler and dealer and do not care to waste my time negotiating what should be a fair price for in automobile in the first place. In this case, I do feel that this Lincoln dealership, and Florin Burghiu in particular, offered me a fair trade-in price for my Subaru and a fair purchase price for my new MKX. Florin, my salesperson, came across as honest, patient and extremely knowledgeable. He listened to what I wanted in a vehicle, selected several models for me to choose from and explained several features of the vehicle during our test drive. Later, as we discussed the terms of purchase, he kept me abreast of each step of the process as it was moving through the business office. When I arrived the next day to pick up my MKX, he was there to greet me, give me my keys and to more throughly walk me through the operation of the vehicle. I will not buy or lease my cars from anywhere else. We have purchased 4 cars (me, my husband, my daughter, my son) from Peter Hern, and there just is not anyone better. Also, once you buy the car, the service department is excellent. I have been dealing with Eric since I leased my car three years ago and he's always been very helpful and accommodating. We were greeted when we arrived, taken on a test drive with Dan, our sales associate, explaining features as we drove. We were given time alone to discuss whether to purchase and once we decided, our questions were answered and additional printed information provided. The best thing was there was no pressure or urgency to buy. It was a customer centered experience. Finally we were told that the car could be delivered (we are about 45 miles from the dealership). All in all, one of our best car buying experiences. More
