Customer service was not what I would expect when buying such an expensive car. Salesman was okay, business manager was rude. Paid in full for car and expected delivery next day. On day of promised delivery such an expensive car. Salesman was okay, business manager was rude. Paid in full for car and expected delivery next day. On day of promised delivery was told dealer was not in possession of title, essentially taking my money for a car they had no legal right to sell. We feel they should have known about the paperwork snafu before finalizing the sale. While they resolved the situation the day, I was left with a negative impression of the dealership. More
