I will return to this dealership for all my new cars.. I went to two other dealerships, one actually 10 minutes from my house and wound up driving up to MA, to try this dealership. My salesman, Brian Epst I went to two other dealerships, one actually 10 minutes from my house and wound up driving up to MA, to try this dealership. My salesman, Brian Epstein was great, and the reason I will be going back in the future and recommend him to family and anyone in the market. First he was courteous and didn't waste my time. All questions he needed to ask his managers about was done fast and direct. He got me the absolute best deal on the exact car I wanted and the price was considerably less than the "best price" two other dealerships were willing to offer me for my trade in and a new Mini. And his attention to detail was great. He called the day before I was going to pick it up to verify all the changes I wanted made to the car were done and correct as requested. No surprises when I got there, just my awesome new car waiting for me, with a full tank of gas ( I say this because I have bought other cars where I was given enough to get me to the nearest gas station). All that being said, everyone else at the dealership was a pleasure to work with too. It felt like family and that I wasn't just at a car dealership. I will be back. More

We were returning our BMW to Herb Chambers and did not want I cannot say how delighted we were after our interaction with Sarah Hunter at MINI Boston. We were returning our BMW to Herb Chambers and did not want to start another lease with them but we met Sarah and she was so dedicated and helpful not only showing us and explaining all the options we had with MINI that we decided to lease it with Herb Chambers instead of a different dealer. Sarah made the whole transaction smooth and easy. We wanted a MINI with certain specifications, wanted to transfer our BMW plate and she made it possible. We test drove the car twice and she showed and explained all the specs in detail. Once we received the car she followed up and meet with us again to explain more things. I wanted tu buy a coffee mug from MINI for my husband’s desk and she got it for him at no charge. He loved it! It is invigorating to see young people willing to go the extra mile for their customers. A pleasant leasing experience with Samuel Bought a Mini Cooper for my son. Samuel was extremely professional, helped us select the car type by answering all our questions. There was a hiccup related to a finance person who wasn’t too keen on agreeing to put numbers but Samuel maintained his professionalism and helped us close the deal on our terms. I got my dream car I had a hard time finding a Pre-certified manual Mini Cooper, but ended up with the perfect car for me at Herb Chambers. David helped me all along th I had a hard time finding a Pre-certified manual Mini Cooper, but ended up with the perfect car for me at Herb Chambers. David helped me all along the way, first by determining the model that was right for me (Clubman). I was looking around at other places for a lower cost car, but David helped me see that the features I really wanted were worth the extra cost. He led me to the best car for me without being pushy. I wasn't happy with the color (Thunder Gray), but when he showed what it would look like with red mirror caps, it changed my mind. I am enjoying my new car, and appreciated the time David took to show me all the features. I highly recommend the whole experience at Herb Chambers, and am in LOVE with my new car! More
