Yana was extremely personable, kind, and most importantly thoroughly knowledgable about the specifications of the vehicle I was interested in (Macan). It is October already and during this period the sales rep has failed to reply guaranteed a delivery date of within ten days of September 18, 2019. It is October already and during this period the sales rep has failed to reply to my emails regarding questions of delivery or payment in a timely manner. I had to call herbs chamber and talk to the sales manager for information on insurance payment and various information I need to purchase a vehicle. Even after his alleged vacation was over I did not hear from him in my emails. I had to send multiple updates to get a brief answer that doesn’t answer any of my questions. More

Happy Wife My wife hated the last car I got for her a couple years ago. She was looking for a "cool" interior. We walked into the dealership and I found a Macan (white w/red leather). I sent my wife a couple photos and to my shock she replied she really liked it. She actually agreed to come down right away which shocked me. Long story short, Chris Brustas was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and made the negotiation fairly painless. I'm not sure we would have had a deal without him. John the GM was also a big help at pickup dealing with a small title issue and paperwork. Up Front from Start to Finish! I called in cold and got Mark. I told him what I wanted, what other car we were coming out of, and what price I wanted to be at and an hour later as p I called in cold and got Mark. That got us in the door and on our way to a new Macan for 100’s less than our previous car. Financing with Trey was a piece of cake and Ray the sales manager greeted us every time we came in and when Mark was busy he got the car himself about 30 seconds after we arrived. It can't get any better than this! Found the car of my dreams through Cargurus at Herb Chambers Porsche of Boston. My initial email inquiry resulted in 3 same day calls from the dealership including Sales Associate Thomas Regh and the General Manager! My initial contacts with Tom were by phone and email. I was immediately impressed by Tom's brand knowledge and friendly professionalism. Within a couple of days we were able to reach an amicable deal and as a result, I traveled over 800 miles to trade my vehicle and purchase an absolutely stunning 2016 911 Turbo that was EXACTLY as described. Tom bent over backward to complete last minute details and I'm now back home with my pride and joy. The Business Manager was also very friendly and professional. In conclusion, I have rated this dealership with 5 stars because there weren't any more stars! More
