From the initial handshake and eye contact, I knew we were in good hands. If my father taught me one thing, it is to trust your gut. Throughout the entire process, Charles, Jose, and Luis Mulla made us feel completely at ease, as if we were family. While the Corolla we were interested in essentially sells itself and we could have purchased it anywhere we were looking for more than just a transaction. We wanted to build a relationship with a dealership where we would feel comfortable returning and referring to our friends and family. I would also like to mention that my father is hard of hearing; Charles showed extreme patience, communicated wonderfully, and maintained full transparency on all topics. We are delighted to be leaving today with a 2026 Corolla SE, complete with a personal gift from our new friend Charles a little bull plushie in the spirit of the World Cup. Unfortunately, I've had some very disappointing experiences with other dealerships in the Auburn area that left me feeling as though I was taken advantage. Herb Chambers has always been the complete opposite—honest, professional, and genuinely caring. Last week, as I was leaving a hair appointment, my check engine light suddenly came on, along with several other warning lights, including the brake indicator. I was understandably worried. Since I still work and rely on my car every day, I drove straight to Herb Chambers on Route 20. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they welcomed me in and took care of me right away. The relief I felt was tremendous. To Alyssa, Kevin, Julian, and every one of the service advisors who have helped me over the years—thank you.
