This review is late, but I felt compelled to provide one from late October when I went with my wife to purchase a vehicle (note that I had previously bought a Highlander there many years ago and had a great from late October when I went with my wife to purchase a vehicle (note that I had previously bought a Highlander there many years ago and had a great experience). From the moment we walked in, it was a frustrating process. We couldn't simply get a price for a car, had to go through the whole "sales pitch" when we simply wanted prices and to test drive a vehicle. What we eventually found out was that they wanted $5K over sticker/MSRP for the vehicle, then brought in a manger, dropped it to $4K over sticker - you know the deal. That was "as low as they could go". We left, went to 3 other dealerships (one Acura in Auburn, one Honda, and one Lexus in Northboro) - absolutely no BS - all charging MSRP, explained why in full, no gouging. Bought the Lexus. I am still irritated at how we were treated, felt compelled to share our experience. More

Ended up purchasing the same car from another dealer w no hassle and for much LESS money. Years later, we thought that experience was just a fluke. Tried to purchase a Toyota with Herb Chambers Auburn. Impossible to deal with them! Herb Chambers sales people were extremely rude, aggressive and rumpled paperwork in front of us and threw it in the trash. Purchased SAME car (plus Lojack) for LESS money and $3000 MORE for our trade-in! No third chance for you, Herb! More
