NEVER CONFUSE CHARM WITH INTEGRITY... Met a very charismatic car salesman "Tommy" at this dealer almost a year ago. He seemed to work hard. We were looking or a clean used SUV. He found a little Nissan at a Chambers dealership in Rhode Island and had it shipped to the Auburn store. He extracted a one hundred dollar deposit from us sight unseen with a guaranteed refund of our $100.00 deposit' if we did not like the vehicle. He called the next day and said the vehicle arrived at the Auburn dealership. What arrived had a trashed interior. We declined to purchase that vehicle yet continued to call "Tommy". After many weeks when he was not able to produce a suitable vehicle we purchased elsewhere. I HAVE BEEN CALLING AND ASKING FOR OUR DEPOSIT BACK FOR FOR OVER A YEAR! Each time I call I am quoted office policy, or assured that someone will return my call, or told that no manager and no salesman is available- but I may leave yet another message. In other words I am being cheated for only $100.00. CHEATING IS CHEATING! AND WHO WILL CHEAT WILL LIE. This dealership is tainted with poor integrity. More
