Test driving several SUV's was very helpful since my partner had never purchased one before. The spacious interior, sleek design and tremendously smooth ride of the 2014 Toyota Highlander was what we decided upon for our next vehicle purchase. Jordon introduced Tom, the Sales manager who explained in detail all of the options available. Both Jordon and Tom's presentation wasn't aggressive, which was refreshing to us but instead, they made us feel like "family". Andrew, the finance manager was also extremely knowledgeable, approachable and again, made us feel like we were part of the Toyota Family of Auburn by carefully explaining each of the details of the contract. We are very content and would purchase another Toyota from this dealership. More

Sold! My husband and I visited Herb Chambers a few Sunday's ago on our search for two cars to replace our exhausted and high mileage vehicles. We walked My husband and I visited Herb Chambers a few Sunday's ago on our search for two cars to replace our exhausted and high mileage vehicles. We walked into the dealership with no intent to purchase; only to compare prices from dealer to dealer and possibly test drive a model or two. We walked passed a few vehicles and were quickly greeted by a friendly gentleman with a terrific personality. We walked for a bit and stumbled across a vehicle I had interest in test driving....my husband also eye-spyed a vehicle and wandered off while our salesman grabbed the keys to the vehicle I wanted to try. During the test drive Al answered our questions and assured us that he was going to take good care of us and meet our needs. When we completed our test drive we had planned to move along and check out a few more that would be a bit more cars in our price range. Instead, Al sat us down, uncovered exactly what we needed in terms of price, payments....and made it happen. My husband and I were so blown away by his kind and genuine attitude...two hours later we walked out of Herb Chambers with the two vehicles we loved, monthly payments that met our financing needs and in disbelief of how positive an experience we had just had at an auto dealership.
