I just went yesterday to pick up my 6th vehicles at their dealer ship everything was done in 1 1/2 hrs. This is called superior customer services. Next month I will be taking a good friend to buy a 2016 Rav4. I will always be going to this dealer because I consider them like my family. I have a service warranty for my car but had never used it and had no idea how to move forward with the repair. As I'm sure anyone who has had a vehicle that needs a repair while you're 3 years into paying for it knows that can be stressful. Service advisor Martin Dodd was a fantastic help! He contacted the warranty company explained to me what was covered, ordered the parts, and even arranged for the rental car ! Which was a 2015 Camry, which I was sad I had to return ;) . All in all they kept me informed of the timeline of the repairs and helped with all paperwork and I would use them again in a heartbeat! More
