I Just purchased my second Toyota from Kennedy Lidonde whose friendly enthusiasm is matched by his patient attentiveness which he maintained in both visits in what was hours of inspecting, discussing, negotiating, and completing new car purchases. During this past visit he and sales manager Michael Demer worked with me (not against) me to make sure I succeeded in getting just what I wanted for the best price they could reasonably give. I am a polite but very demanding, thorough, and well-researched customer with large purchases such as these and have been met with impatience and unwillingness to accommodate or negotiate at some other dealerships. However I am unlikely to have to worry about other car dealerships anymore as I will be returning to Kennedy and the great team at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn for my future purchases and likely some of my friends and family will soon follow and do the same.
