I went to the dealership uncertain on what kind of vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she vehicle i want and as a first time buyer i pretty sure you guys would know how nerve racking that is so i went with my mother and let me tell you she is very hard to please, on arrival we were greeted by Imad Beneikour who made us feel welcome and at home show us to a seat and brought us some hot chocolate and coffee FREE OF CHARGE!!!!, and assured us that we would be taken cared of by the best of the best thats when we meet Andi Xhacka who was a pleasant surprise one of the nicest guys i meet sat me down and educated me on everything i need to know about the vehicles that interested me from top to bottom even the plus and negatives and went on multiple test drives with me with no hesitation till i found the vehicle i fell in love with which was already mark at a hell of a good price he assured me that he could do better then any other dealership the entire time he was helping me he was always making sure everything was ok with mom which ment the world to me and her herself was very please thats untill she stumble upon a vehicle that she also like and Dhimitri Lako so pleasantly model to her and wowed her on everything then we went back inside to wrap up the deals not on one vehicle but 2!!!! upon entering the building we ran into Mr. Kennedy Lidonde who i had the pleasure of sharing a few laughs especially when Tony Bonillia and Micheal Demers came and join in on the fun then we got to business with mike who actually wowed us even more and gave us better numbers then before for both mine and Andi deal and Dhimitri and my mothers deal we bought on the spot couldnt refused those numbers, i know you guys are reading this and thinking wow what a trip at a dealership but thats not all the cherry on top we got to meet the man in charge himself Daniel Bortolussi who i am honor to say you will never find a man like that anywhere just a great guy with a damn near perfect organization who is run to t on how his personality is just excellent Herb if you see this just know your dealership in auburn has be bless by god himself to have such wonderful people and service i was honor to buy a car from them and my business and my entire family business will foever be kept at auburn if your reading this and decide to shop else where there is something seriously wrong with you best dealership hands down thank you guys for everything ill see you guys soon for my check up More
Buying a car is stressful. My car broke down Monday of the following week and by Thursday I was in my dream car! Tonny Bonilla was my salesperson. He even set my Bluetooth up for me so I don't need to listen to the same 5 songs on the radio everyday to work!! He expedited my cars inspection and went above and beyond ensuring I'd have my car for the scheduled pickup time which I did. He spoke with a passion for cars which you could tell he had. He made my car buying experience comfortable and breezy! Now that I was sold on my new Toyota Corolla LE how was I going to pay for it? Chris Stockert worked his magic in the financial office to get me in my new 2014 Toyota Corolla LE at a rate that worked for me! I really couldn't have done it without him. He broke down the numbers, did all the hard work contacting my insurance company, and handled everything so I didn't have too! Chris went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for his exceptional customer service and professionalism. I am so thankful to be apart of Toyota Care and the Toyota Family now. I really appreciate the work both Tonny and Chris put into my car buying experience. They were both so friendly and personable and made being a young buyer not so scary! I'll be a customer for life. Hands down the best Toyota dealer in MA. These guys are great. I'm a pro and brutal to deal with. Dealers usually hate me when I leave. Jason and Mike were the coolest guys I have ever dealt with. Even when I would give my tough guy/jerk routine to them, they still treated me like gold. I'm not joking when I say it was enjoyable. And no one likes the process of buying a new car. It hurts sometimes!!!! But what a place here. Second Tacoma from them and every car will always be through here. Can't say enough good things about this place. Again, don't forget, I'm brutal. If someone does one little thing to me that I don't like, I hold it against them! But can't say one bad thing. also the GM (Dan) is a class act and nice guy. Usually GM's are untouchable and hide away. Dan is a super star. Jason and Mike are so cool that I want them to be my friends...haha I actually want a problem to happen just so I can go and talk with them both again. Buy here and I GUARANTEE you won't regret it. After searching the internet for a particular Toyota we found it at Herb Chambers Auburn. We immediately called and made an appointment to see the vehicle. Upon arriving we were greeted by a young man named Andi Xhacka. We could tell that Andi's mission was to make our car buying experience a good one. . . and that he did!! Andi gave 150% effort in helping us find the model/color we wanted (even having one brought from the Boston dealership), painlessly negotiated a price (including our trade-in), and when our deal was made, he actually came out to our new car and sat with us to give instructions on all the new features. During negotiations, we also had the opportunity to speak with Dillon (sales manager) who was just as helpful and pleasant. This is our second Sequoia purchased at this dealership. We would recommend anyone who is seriously looking for a vehicle to visit. You won't be disappointed. More
