we have just leased our third car from them and have bought two cars and our daughter has just (today) bought her second car from them but that is not why im writing this review im writing because I wou bought two cars and our daughter has just (today) bought her second car from them but that is not why im writing this review im writing because I would like people to know how far they go for there customers. like I said we just got our third leased car from them it was for me and my husband and sale man cleaned out my old car as I was not there and my dads wallet (who has pasted away) was left in the old car after my husband got home with the new car and I put my things back in my new car and a few days past I went to look for my dads wallet and it wasn't taken out of my old car in a panic I called my husband who didn't remember taking it out of my old car he called the sale man (Mike Demers) how had gotten the wallet and didn't know who he was and mailed it to my dads old address well long story short mike ashore my husband he would get it back. a few days later he did in fact get it back I don't think he realized how much that meant to me that is one little piece I have of my dad I keep with me always and he went out of his way for me and I will never forget it thank you Mike with all my heart. My experience at Herb Chambers Toyota of Scion in Auburn was beyond the greatest experience me and my boyriend has ever recieved. I would first like to PRAISE how GREAT of a person John Bellofatto was. He h was beyond the greatest experience me and my boyriend has ever recieved. I would first like to PRAISE how GREAT of a person John Bellofatto was. He helped us in every possible was he could. We were not the easiest people to work with because we were very indecisive. He stood by our side all the way through it. We previously had a Toyota Rav4 2013. We came in to get our yearly check up and seen the 2014 Rav4. We were told we could get a cheaper deal for the new one so we looked more into it. We also had a 1996 Honda Accord and we didnt feel like putting anymore money into it and it needed a lot of work. So we were also looking for another car and we figured the best way to go is with Toyota. He worked as hard as he could to get it to the prices that we needed for both cars. I would like to say that we walked out with two new 2014 cars. A 2014 Rav4 & 2014 Camry. When we came to pick up the cars i was suprised with the Rav4. The interior was all black and I LOVED it! He also gave us brand new floor mats for the Camry for FREE! He was constanly keeping in touch with us daily to let us know what was going on and making everything better than it could have been. When we were told we are in good hands they werent lying to us. They couldnt have put us with any other better person than John himself. I would HIGHLY Reccommend him to ANYONE who is coming in to buy a car from Toyota in Auburn. We thank for so much for all the patience and dedication to getting us exactly what we wanted. I had a blowout on my tire, I have a new Toyota Avalon, I had purchased the road hazard ins. for the tires and I called to make an appt. and I was very lucky when I called because Chan answered the call. He had me bring in my car with the blown tire. He set everything for insurance. This was on a Friday afternoon, they could not get the tire until Monday afternoon. He had said since it was winter and I work night and had to work all weekend and it was a commute that I should not drive that much on the emergency tire, so he set me up with a very nice Corolla to use till Monday when my car was done. The Corolla was great it was clean, smelled great, full of gas. Monday afternoon Chan called to let me know the tire was in and they were doing the work and he would call as soon as they were finished. I went shopping up the street at BJ's and I was on my way home when Chan called back he told me the car was ready and went over what was done. I arrived at the dealership drove the Corolla into the service bay. Chan came to meet me at the car and then went over everything again as to what was done. He had someone bring my Avalon into the bay because I had groceries in the trunk of the Corolla. The young man backed the car in for me right up to the Corolla , they put my groceries in my truck and thanked me for coming in. My car was all washed and vacuumed. It was perfect again. That is what you call GREAT SERVICE and that is why I keep coming back. When I was leaving I stopped into the sales room and asked to see Kennedy, who is my salesman I bought all my cars from him, he is FANTASTIC also. I had got a new phone and had no idea how to hook it up to Bluetooth so I asked Kennedy and he came out in the cold and snow and set it up and made sure it worked.
