My experience started with a phone call, regarding inventory (was shopping for trim package/color). Arrived to the dealership and was introduced to Jimmy. This was so helpful, since we had our 6 year old with us, and anyone that knows kids, shopping for a car is the last thing they want to do. Before we drove away, every feature was explained to us very clearly. After the test drive, Jimmy made it a point to stop and check-in with my wife and son, make sure they didn't need anything (also mentioned the free ice cream available). It wasn't until I got home, where my wife told me this. My point is, he took the time to make sure my family was all set. While that little touch is something so simple, it is something that you don't experience everyday. More

It's nice to go somewhere that the person selling you a product actually knows about the product he is selling you. If we had a question, Tonny had the answer. The thing that stands out is that the car we picked out, had a scuff mark on the fender that wasn't noticed until the car was being cleaned up so we could drive it home. Tonny pointed it out and arranged to have it repaired and provided us with a loaner until our car was ready to go. We never would have noticed this scuff mark until we were home and by then we would have thought we had caused the damage somehow. Thank you for your honesty. This is our third new car from Herb Chambers in Auburn and won't be the last. Thank you all for the fine work you did. We couldn't be happier. More
