Recently visited the dealership to lease a 2013 Toyota Venza. The atmosphere of showroom was very friendly and professional. I was greeted by Brandon Fernandes who proceeded to engage in a conversation Venza. The atmosphere of showroom was very friendly and professional. We test drived a beautiful Toyota Venza at which time Brandon pointed out many key feature of the vehicle and answered many questions that I had about the vehicle. He was very knowledgble and any at the same very customer focused. Back at the showroom Brandon worked with Imad to put together a package of add-ons that I wanted for my new vehicle. Sitting observing what was going on I was impressed with the teamwork that was taking place and great customer experiences that were going on around me. I wrote a review last Tuesday evening but Auburn Toyota did not receive it..I don't know why but anyway..... I went to Herb Chambers on Friday evening of last week and decided to buy a Rav 4 . I didn't have time to negotiate but told Jimmy Eldean I would be back in the morning. I met Jimmy at 8:45 on Saturday morning and I was back at my home in less than 5 hours with a brand new vehicle which is just gorgeous! Jimmy is the BOMB! He is a true gentleman who is honest, respectful and does not play any games. Jimmy went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. There was absolutely NO hassle and I would HIGHLY recommend Jimmy to be your salesman as he is the BEST person to deal with when purchasing a vehicle.
