If you want to buy a Toyota, I highly recommend this dealership. But you take your chances getting your car serviced there. Basically, when it comes to service there, it's a crap shoot. You "may" get dealership. But you take your chances getting your car serviced there. Basically, when it comes to service there, it's a crap shoot. You "may" get the kind of service you request and expect. You "may" pay a fair price. But beware of the costly recommendations above and beyond what the manufacturer recommends. Know your maintenance owners' manual and become familiar with what the manufacturer actually recommends. This dealer recommends services that aren't usually needed. You also need to be aware that you will routinely be charged far more than a fair price to get your cabin air filter replaced (it takes less than a minute to change the $20 filter, and that's all it should cost). They even recommended a replacement was needed on my car the day after I had already replaced it when I took it in for an oil change (what does that say about honesty). The service manager will, as they say in westerns, pee down your back and tell you it's raining. A couple of the service writers are super people, but they have to do what they're told to do. I went to the dealer on 10-23-11 to make a deal on a 2013 Toyota Corolla S. I was greeted immediately by Thomas Gullo. His customer service level was excellent!!! No pressure and very attentive. Tim showed a great deal of patience with me as I jumped around from model to model making up my mind what I wanted. He worked through the numbers on several models, all being very attractive compared to the terms of my expiring lease. When the selection got very tight regarding options and colors I settled on, Tim perservered and located and delivered a vehicle that matched in a remarkably short period of time. All the details for arranging the new lease, registrations, etc. were processed quickly and efficiently letting me drive off in my new vehicle several days before I expected. I've got to say, this has to be the best experience I've had with a new vehicle purchase/lease going all the way back to my first purchase 42 years ago! Thanks Tim and your team! More
