I recently purchased a Prius from Marque Hoenig at Herb Chambers Toyota of Auburn. The entire purchase process was very professional and stratight forward. The week that I was going to pick up my car Marque was on vacation and asked Tim Dalton assist me. Even though I was not Tim's customer, he went to the DMV to obtain the registration and plates for the Prius, made sure that the plates along with the registration from my trade-in were correctly processed by the DMV and was there to orientate me to the Prius. Mike and Andy are awesome! I went into Herb not knowing if I could afford a new car. I had a 2001 Jetta that I was going to junk after it broke dow but instead, Mike and Andi gave me a great trade in and e if I could afford a new car. They were incredibly gracious and accommodating. They knew I wanted a Corrola S and got me to the price I wanted quickly and easily. They also gave me a rental no questions asked while they had my car transferred. Overall I had a simple, quick, stress free experience at Herb in Auburn. Mike and Andy were professional and thoughtful. It also doesn't hurt that they are both very easy on the eyes. I'm just saying ladies!
