Luis was patient and insightful when I was looking to buy a new car. He brought out several for me to test drive, and it never felt like he was pressuring me to make any decisions. Tim took me from a bad situation financially with my wife's car and worked tirelessly to get us into a better position with what we needed for a new (used) vehicle.
