Joel especially did an amazing job really hearing my wish list for the car and thoughtfully aligning it with what I wanted, even while balancing input from others I brought along for support. I felt listened to and understood. Monish in finance was just as helpful. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork quick and stress-free.
