Having to lease a new car at this point was unexpected and stressful (my previous 2013 RAV-4 needed a too-expensive transmission replacement with only 51,000 miles driven). The sales manager, Chris, and sales rep, Riad, were very helpful, empathetic, patient, kind, and friendly while maintaining their high level of professionalism. I have been a customer of Herb Chambers Toyota for 20 years, have bought or leased now three cars there, and have used only Herb Chambers for ongoing service and maintenance. The service staff is great too--from the manager (Dan Camara) to the check-in service desk and check-out people to the level of mechanical expertise. The whole dealership (service and sales) is (for the most part) efficient, friendly, helpful, and customer-focused. The physical appearance of the dealership is clean, attractive, and as welcoming as a car dealership can be. Thank you. More
