We have continued to return for the past 7 years and take it there for everything from oil changes to scheduled maintenance and repairs. If you are a COSTCO member, you can even print out coupons for 15% off repairs (not valid on oil changes, but you can pay for 4 oil changes and get a 5th one free- ask about that program) Loaner cars are available when your car is in for service. Herb Gordon offers a complementary car wash after each service. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and the professionalism among the staff. This dealership really knows how to take care of its customers. Highly recommended! More

Issues with Car Battery My car battery died twice in the last 4 days and I came in to have the Service team troubleshoot. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was able to get My car battery died twice in the last 4 days and I came in to have the Service team troubleshoot. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was able to get someone to help me immediately. I worked with Michael Goodman. He was able to give me an accurate estimate of how long it might take to run the initial tests and kindly threw in a free car wash. The whole process probably took less than 45 minutes. When you’ve been in one auto service waiting area, you’ve probably been in a dozen – but Michael really went the extra mile to make sure I didn’t feel like I was shown the waiting area and then forgotten about wondering when my car would be ready. Also, this is a new car for me and I appreciated the extra time Michael took to help answer a bunch of additional questions I had. More
