I took my 2018 Subaru Legacy / 3. 6R Limited in for a problem with the radio / head unit. After inspection it was found to have an internal problem. The radio / head unit was replaced 6R Limited in for a problem with the radio / head unit. After inspection it was found to have an internal problem. The radio / head unit was replaced per a warranty extension. Vitaliy Khlebnikov and Ken Hanscom were both very helpful and took care of my issue right away. Very happy with the service. Mr. Goodman is the epitome of Subaru USA. This is an overdue review but not our first rodeo as we have had a few generations of Subaru. All good outcome and service with Herb Gordon. Mr. Goodman went to bat for us with Subaru to have all new lines installed - billed directly to Subaru at NO expense to us. even a new loaner was provided. Wow. THank you, Herb Gordon.
