Excellent service 55 miles away I called to schedule an oil change for my Forester, but I made a stop at sheetz and grabbed lunch. But then the vehicles transmission would not transi I called to schedule an oil change for my Forester, but I made a stop at sheetz and grabbed lunch. But then the vehicles transmission would not transition to drive. I immediately called Mike Goodman since I had just spoken to him. He indicated what I needed to do, to have the shifter move, we’ll it worked. I proceeded to to Herb Gordon Dealing, I called to let him know eta of arrival. I arrived on time he was waiting for me and fixed the the issue. Due to the personal attentiveness and attention to additional concerns on my Subaru, I will definitely recommend Herb Gordon Subaru. By the way I live 6 hrs away in Sharon PA but work Baltimore and DC area, I will becoming back for service. Thanks Victor Mejia More

Service excellence I took my newly purchased , pre-owned subaru crosstrek to the service shop for what I thought was a minor problem, as it turned out the problem was mu I took my newly purchased , pre-owned subaru crosstrek to the service shop for what I thought was a minor problem, as it turned out the problem was much more complicated, and was not covered by warranty. The very friendly and efficient service personnel took it upon himself to not only get the problem fixed but arrange it that my cost, due to my special circumstances was zero. He did not have to, but he went all out to make sure everything was taken care of. Believe me, i was so relieved and very grateful . I applaud his dedication to the customers. Also during my wait at the shop I saw nothing but very friendly and professional customer service by the other team members. More
