Unfortunately ignored a lot of my Questions This is not an indictment against the sales people themselves. I'm sure they are very nice people in their own personal circles. However, I asked on 4 different occasions for further information regarding my car purchase, and each time my Internet sales manager Ryan as well as my sales person William, either did not answer me or walked away to "ask someone else." They then returned to never answer my question nor engage with me about the concern I had during my purchase process. It was like they pretended I never asked the question. Furthermore, the entire process took longer than any other dealership I've ever engaged with. It's almost like the sales training is about wearing you down into submission to purchase the extra items that the sales person will never answer your questions about to begin with. I also learned after being promised finance specials via Ryan, which William ignored my questions about, that I could receive better financing elsewhere. I will be reviewing the dealership on social media, to warn people about the practices within the dealership that do not align with providing the best experience for the client.
