Although it was, Jeremy was very attentive! He helped me look at the 2 colors of the sport model & even let me test drive one to their storage to see the 2nd color (which I chose & drove back to the dealership). He explained almost every feature in the car along and helped answer any questions I may of had. When it came time to negotiate, agreeing on a total price along with monthly payments was quick and fair. I'm happy with my purchase and glad I went to Heritage.
