Car Buying with no stress So i was looking for a pre-owned VW Golf R, and i called around and when i called Heritage Preowned in Parkville i was greeted by Mr. Michael Lanci, a So i was looking for a pre-owned VW Golf R, and i called around and when i called Heritage Preowned in Parkville i was greeted by Mr. Michael Lanci, and he said we dont have any but let me search come to find out they just recieved 1 in on trade it hadnt even been put in the system yet, i had to see this car! It had super low miles, Was kept very clean by previous owner, and the price was right! i mean comparable 2015/2016 Golf R’s with a few thousand more miles was even 2-3K more, they were at the bottom of the KBB and Truecar Value, they were awesome and had the Sales manager Mr. Woody Batts contact me immedietly and we spoke about the car, and literally within 3 days i was there for a test drive, and then the negotiations came, and they were very fair, i traded in a 09 Civic Si, which Carmax usually gives the best prices was quoted 4K with a check engine light on, they came back said we can give you 3,500 i said well if you can match this trade in value its a deal, within less than 5 minutes my demand was met, then to finalize the deal because i wanted the car (CPO) which is $1,400 they worked with me and got 33% off of that, and doing so the car had 4 brand new tires and brake pads put on, this car is beautiful i am so so happy and they were a pleasure to deal with i would not hesitate to send anyone their way, my dad even purchased his brand new Dodge Ram 2500 from them said great things as well! Mike and Woody are stand up guys and worked with me, and we made it happen and im extremly happy with my purchase, they are even getting me a free bottle of some Tornado Red touch up paint for a little chip from road hazards so i can make her looking new again, I highly highly reccomend you give them a call and they will make you feel at home!
