He didn’t need to reference a book or a cheat sheet—he knew everything off the top of his head. During the entire process, he was friendly and kept us informed of exactly what was going on and what the next step was, clearly explaining what paperwork needed to be prepared and what we needed to sign. He worked closely with my bank to provide them the information they needed for the loan and for insurance, and my wife and I never felt lost in the process. Even after we signed the papers and we were ready to leave (after the dealership closed), he voluntarily offered to jump in the car to give us a demonstration of all the available features. In short, we could not have asked for anyone better than Jeremey to purchase a vehicle from. If you’re looking to buy a new car from Heritage (which I highly recommend), ask for Jeremy. This was, by far, the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. More

Being a younger buyer, I had some negative exp I submitted a pricing request on a Challenger online and was put in touch with Rodger a few days later. Being a younger buyer, I had some negative experiences from other competing dealerships in the area, but Rodger was not like that at all. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle and his communication throughout the entire buying process was the best out of all the other sales people I was speaking with at competing dealerships. I decided to buy from Heritage not only because of the vehicle itself, but only because Rodger and Jason were easy to work with. Thank you for making what can be a stressful experience a short and enjoyable one. If I am in the market for and other Chrysler brand vehicle, I will be back. More

As agreed, I dropped my car off the evening before my SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. I’ve made arrangements to be transported to & from work while my car was supposed to be repaired. I just received a call from Tommy who informed me that my car wasn’t going to get to my car today. If I had a scheduled appointment, I need to know why my car wasn’t being serviced today! Now I’m inconvenienced for yet another day! This is unacceptable! I was told business from yesterday wasn’t completed, that’s not my problem! I need someone to contact me & explain to me why my time isn’t valued or my business also! If the car needs to be kept another day, then you need to provide transportation for me. More
