He even delivered our car to the house when it got too late for us to stay at the dealership to finish our purchase that evening, rather than make us come back the next day.. Our Sales Consultant, Aerrick, was outstanding . I called to price a new Durango. He provided me price of one on the lot. We decided not to purchase that one but ordered a new Citadel. He was excellent to work with and kept me updated on the arrival. Once it arrived, I sat an appointment to pick it up. Everything went smooth until we got to the finance Department. We felt like it was a production line, unfriendly and rushed to make choices and sign the papers. I had put $1000. down on the vehicle when ordering it, and when I inquired about this amount being subtracted from the price, Mike said he didn't see it and when we get our CC statement if it was on there call and they would work with us to get the money back. Sure enough it was on my CC statement. I called and after me providing all the information they should have had and four phone calls later, they acknowledged they found it and would refund that amount. Mike did not search the day we picked up the vehicle or check with management to resolve the issue that day. We felt he was throwing the responsibility back on us to prove we had given them $1000.00 down upon the order. Finance did not treat us a valued customer. Sad since this was the third vehicle we have purchased from them and the first time we've had this issue. More

They forgot that we had put down a $500 deposit, and even after we pointed it out and they found our check, they forgot to put it into the contract we signed. If we had not been diligent about reading over everything, we would have been out $500. They also offered us additional coverage on the car and when we declined, they offered it at a lower price. That feels dishonest. The five star rating for this dealership is a reflection of our good experience with Brian Perry. More
