Well I must say that I have never had an experience like the one I had earlier this month. When I arrived to look at my desired special edition truck everything was going so well. That is until our salesp the one I had earlier this month. When I arrived to look at my desired special edition truck everything was going so well. That is until our salesperson had to drive the vehicle off the lot and proceeded to drive the brand new truck down a very small side road and through several tree limbs, and then when we say not to do that again that person does so again and then says "Well that's like normal wear and tear". I couldn't believe what just happened and all I could do was shake my head in disbelief and think "did that just happen?". It did happen and although one could have walked away, I didn't think that person should reflect the entire dealership so with the assistance of Chad Edwards and the assignment of a new salesperson, Jeremy Cooney, we came to an agreement the following day. I must say that Jeremy knew his stuff and took care of us during this most unusual time. Although I'm rating the dealership as a 3, that is primarily to offset the 0 score I would give to the initial salesperson. I guess maybe they need to add to their new hire training that either customers drive the car off the lot or include a session about "Don't drive the brand new vehicle through a tree!", of course who would ever think you'd have to train someone not to drive through tree limbs. Still shaking my head on that one. More
