We had a very pleasant experience and working with Michael Lanci. He was very personable and friendly. We were given an estimate on a Friday night and went back on Saturday to make the deal. We ended Michael Lanci. He was very personable and friendly. We were given an estimate on a Friday night and went back on Saturday to make the deal. We ended up getting an even better deal on Saturday. He was very patient with us as we were deciding between 2 vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and helped us to decide based on his own experience. I had to drop off my Jeep after already having made an appointment. Came back 2 hours later and my Jeep still wasn't done. I only came in for a oil change. 2 1/2 hours for a oil change is freaking ridicul appointment. Came back 2 hours later and my Jeep still wasn't done. Repair department has More work than it can handle expediently. Long schedule waiting time for repairs. Average 5 to 8 business days just to start work.
