My first bad experience was right after I bought my Grand Cherokee to get the LoJack installed. I took it to the service department. Whoever I spoke could've cared less. My second bad experience was last Monday when I brought the Cherokee over for it's first service appointment. I made an appointment online for 8:30 am. I arrived at 8:30 am to drop of it and asked Sarah when it would be finished. She asked when I need it back, I said 10:30-11 am. I arrived at 11 am and my vehicle hadn't even been pulled into the bay. After about ten minutes they figured out that it hadn't even been seen. All I heard was excuses about how busy they were. What is the purpose of making an appointment?? Finally, an hour later it was finished. I bought the service plan when I purchased the vehicle. Sarah asked me if she could mail a copy of the receipt to me. I said that was fine. It is now almost a week later and I haven't received a copy of the receipt. One of the reasons why we decided to give Heritage CDJR our business is because we bought my wife's car from Heritage Towson Mazda where the service is Phenomenal. The difference between the two dealerships is night and day. More

At first I was disappointed that they didn't have my tire and stock, but later I realized there are just so many GD tires nowadays, they literally cannot keep them all in stock!
