Numbers don't lie. Period. I live in southern Maryland and I searched for a good, reputable dealership by which to by my first brand new (and dream) car. My only focus was to find a GOOD dealer that had a rep for treating customers with respect and a helping hand with caring for any vehicle purchased. I saw Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Parkville with nearly 800+ reviews (at the time I found them) so I figured why not? All I can say is NUMBERS DON'T LIE! I am truly surprised at how great my experience was. I mean, from the ordering process down to the day of payment and delivery, they made me feel like they were part of my family! They kept me abreast every step of the way, allowed me to contact them all times of the day asking questions about the car, process (or whatever I had on my mind) and NOT ONCE made me feel like I was a pest (which I know I was). The fact that I had ZERO ISSUES driving 1.5 hours away to deal with these guys should tell anyone that if you so choose to go with them for your vehicle purchase, YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF! He doesn't try to push unnecessary packages or features that you do not want, but also gets excited about the cool things that you pick out. My purchase this time was such a large one that I spent some additional time comparing. There was no pressure, only willingness to answer questions and help me work through the decision making process. The experience is much different than I have had at many dealerships. I am ready to get my truck dirty and enjoy it with the wife and kids.
