Awesome experience I was able to conduct most of the negotiating and sale via email or phone which was great since I live 2 hours away. Tire change Gary was super pleasant, and expeditious. Very polite and friendly. The service folks are always great to work with. The only complaint was that Gary was super pleasant, and expeditious. Very polite and friendly. The service folks are always great to work with. The only complaint was that it took almost 45 minutes longer than he thought it would, but I wasn't too upset. It's just that the appt is over dinner time, but I survived. While I was waiting Kyle came over and we chatted. He is always pleasant and makes an effort to say hi when I'm there. More
