Nikki and Marc were amazing! We walked into Ford looking for a used car big enough & safe enough for a family of 4. We landed upon the Explorer, but the one on their inventory page lacked a few of the featu for a used car big enough & safe enough for a family of 4. We landed upon the Explorer, but the one on their inventory page lacked a few of the features we were specifically looking for. I submitted an online inquiry and soon after I was contacted in order to schedule an appointment. I was able to easily get an appointment that met my schedule. Upon arrival Nikki already had the contacted in order to schedule an appointment. I was able to easily get an appointment that met my schedule. Upon arrival Nikki already had the vehicle type I was interested in pulled up and ready to go. Within 10 minutes I was test driving the vehicle. The whole process was smooth and there was no pressure. I had a new car in less than 4 hours (not bad for the day after Christmas). More

The last time I was there was in 2005 when I bought a new 2005 f-150 Lariat super crew. A couple of days ago I went there and bought a 2018 f-150 XL crew cab. I was sold a used truck at a fair price. When I looked over the truck it had not been detailed. I saw 2 rust spots that Heritage agreed to take care of. After I was finally able to pick up my truck, (that over the truck it had not been detailed. I saw 2 rust spots that Heritage agreed to take care of. After I was finally able to pick up my truck, (that is another story) I noticed a rust hole just behind the mud flap on the front quarter panel drivers side. I brought it to a local body shop and they said the truck should not have passed inspection. I then brought it to service station and they agreed it would not pass inspection. Heritage’s service manager looked at it and said it is fine. Heritage passed it prior to delivery to me. Obviously they follow the letter of the law and their bottom line means more to them than customers. More

Overall had the best experience! They were all super helpful and friendly. It was nice to walk into the place and not feel as if I needed to leave right then and there with a car. I went in looking for something that’s safer for my son and I and I sure did drive away with just that! Bill was amazing. He really listened to my concerns and questions about everything. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and will NOT be my last time buying a car from Heritage Ford. :) Also the lady in the financial department (forgot her name sorry) was willing working hard to allow all the numbers to come out correctly so that I was still in budget and would not be able to afford the car! Which was a huge huge help. Thanks so much! More
