About 20 min from our destination my 2 year old explorer that I purchased brandy spanking new starts bucking and throwing traction warnings etc. we get into Burlington 2 miles from the hotel and the thing won’t go over 35. Thank god my husband is calm because I was having a complete hissy fit meltdown 😂😂😂 Well thanks to Ford they sent a tow truck to the hotel and we decided that I just needed to remain calm and enjoy the night which equaled getting drunk! Fast forward to the this morning Eric took a cab to Heritage Ford and met Shawn Clifford the service department and he was amazing. He had my car in the shop and repaired by noon with a free rental lined up if it couldn’t be repaired that same day. Ended up being a MAP sensor so all is good now. I can’t thank them enough. They don’t advertise that they are open on Saturday’s and fixed this anyway knowing we were from out of town. Such a great experience and we can go on enjoying the rest of our time here. More

Nikki was a pleasure to work with and took the stress out of the process. No pressure, allowed me too make my decision.
