My service was excellent as always. When I called to make my appointment the women I spoke to was pleasant and professional, she was able to get me in when my schedule allowed. The service on my car was excellent and everything I asked to be done was done and done on time.

Came in for regular servicing, and to get new tires put on. Got a call from the service department on my way home, and the rep pointed out that my brakes needed to be replaced too (I had noticed they were rusty, so they didn't just make this up to get more money or anything). They gave me a quote over the phone, I gave the green light to fix the brakes too...and when I got my car back, I actually had to take a step back to admire how good the brakes looked. No joke, these were cleaner than when I bought the car. And it didn't just look nice—my car now feels nicer than it did when I drove it off the lot. I've had my car for 3 years, and it legitimately feels brand new now. Thank you, as always, for the wonderful work!

Excellent customer service. Honest folks. Will come back again. They pointed out just how poorly designed my Ford Lemon Hybrid is and I concur. They must have great service and probably sell more batteries than anyone. If you need a car that discharges 12V batteries over a few weeks even after having every repair and recall performed, then Ford has your next headache. Lol

Ford Lemon responded

Thank you, but come-on, there isn't an intermittent issues with the car, the problem is consistent and has been there since day one and has never been remedied by Ford Service. By the grace of god I purchased the extended warranty and despite having your repair team diagnose and repair the known recall issue, the problem still exists. I'm sure they did their best and it isn't the quality of there work that is in question. The car still cannot sit for more than a few weeks without discharging the battery. This Ford C-max Energi plug-in hybrid from 2013 is a bad lemon. Bad engineering results in a persistent headache to the customer. We both know the only real fix is to have it on a battery maintainer, so yet it requires another plug-in. I guess when they were selling a plug-in, they really took their job seriously and now I have twice the plug-in I had originally, too funny. Should I now go into how Ford reduced their MPG figures/range on this C-Max Energi and provided me a compensation check? Oh yea, Not only did I get a lemon, they originally misrepresented the gas mileage and had to compensate customers.
