Oil change and tire rotation went good. Also asked that they put a bolt in my side step that rattled out, and the rep repeated my service needs back to me before ending the call. (Warranty) After the oil change and tires were rotated I checked the side step and they didn’t install the bolt. I returned to the service desk and asked why this got missed and was told it wasn’t on the service ticket. It wasn’t until I ask them if they could get me a bolt so I could put it in that they went and got a tech in the garage. More
