Went to this dealership because of the competitive pricing. There are two (2) similar dealerships closer to where I live but chose to give Heritage a visit. Was in at about 9am and out before noon. Excellent experience as far as car purchases go. Zach was absolutley amazing. He is such a nice and capable person. We were never haggled with or beat down with annoying sales tactics. We were trading in 2 cars and the process was made so simple. We literally walked in around 5 pm, not knowing what kind of car we wanted to purchase or how much our trade ins were worth. Zach was patient and helped direct us to the best car for us. Our 2 trade ins were assessed, we looked at cars, took a test drive and completed our financing in about 2 hours.
